I build employer and stakeholder partnerships that advance workforce development, recruitment, and engagement programs.

At Halifax Partnership, I led employer engagement initiatives with 20–25 employers and 10–12 strategic partners, creating workforce development opportunities across industries. I also managed outreach for the Google Learning Program, building relationships with more than 250 businesses to increase participation in upskilling initiatives.

I’ve brought employer feedback and regional workforce insights to national projects, including contributions to IRCC and ESDC. Using Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and Excel, I maintain engagement records and prepare data-driven reports that inform employer strategies, regional planning, and program decisions.

Previously at EduNova, I delivered stakeholder engagement with Atlantic Canadian institutions and international partners, led the user experience design of the Discover NS Student Hub app, and launched the Atlantic Canada Agent Training Program with CBIE.

I also supported international students at Acadia University through immigration guidance, orientation, academic integration, and inclusive campus programming. Across my work, I build practical partnerships, coordinate multi-stakeholder events, and create accessible communications that strengthen engagement.
