I'm currently supporting end-to-end recruitment at YWCA Halifax, managing up to 12 active job competitions at once—from job postings and screening through interviews, reference checks, offers, and pre-onboarding requirements.

I partner with management and senior leadership to deliver fair, equitable hiring processes and coordinate welcoming, organized onboarding experiences. I also developed a Campus Engagement Annual Strategic Plan to expand awareness of YWCA Halifax practicum, volunteer, and employment opportunities among local students.

Previously at VERB Interactive, I supported full-cycle recruitment and helped onboard more than 60 employees in 2024. I represented the organization in the local talent market, built candidate networks through career fairs and conferences, and created processes and documentation to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.

My approach to HR is people-centered and grounded in accessibility, equity, and mental and physical well-being. I bring experience in recruitment, onboarding, policy and job-description development, employment-legislation education, and mentorship programming focused on employee development and retention.
