I seek a passenger-facing airport role where I can apply aviation regulations and security training, support seamless operations, grow into supervisory responsibilities, and work within a collaborative, safety-focused team.

I am a dedicated customer service representative currently working at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi since December 2021, with hands-on experience coordinating check-in, boarding, baggage handling and ticketing to deliver high-quality passenger services.

I collaborate closely with handling agents and supervisors to execute timely ground handling operations, perform initial security screens, assist connecting passengers, navigate guests through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and support unaccompanied minors and elderly travelers; I have completed trainings in Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and Aviation Security (AVSC).

I am diligent, meticulous and adaptable, committed to resolving complaints, identifying improvements and maintaining compliance with safety, quality and operational objectives.
