What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move deeper into DevOps with AWS and Kubernetes—using automation, CI/CD, and containerized deployments to improve reliability and speed up issue resolution.

I’ve spent 4+ years in production support—troubleshooting, monitoring systems, and helping keep uptime high. At Synoption India Pvt. Ltd., I handled 24/7 production support and reduced manual workload by automating daily tasks with Shell scripting.

I administered Linux/Unix servers (user management, patches, performance tuning) and worked directly with MySQL—schema validation, indexing, backup/restore, and troubleshooting. I also built scripts to compare schema differences for database integrity checks.

On the platform side, I supported Docker containerized applications across dev and production and worked with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for deployments and automation jobs, using ServiceNow, Jira, Autosys, and Grafana for incident, change, and monitoring. Since 2025, I’ve been doing Product Support at Swiggy, and I’m currently exploring DevOps with AWS and Kubernetes to expand my cloud and automation work.
