I’m looking to leverage my technical expertise in troubleshooting, API support, and middleware integrations to deliver fast, high-quality resolutions, while contributing to continuous service improvement within a dynamic team.

I’m an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with 1.4 years of experience at Infosys, specializing in troubleshooting complex issues, API support, and cross-platform integrations. I enjoy turning messy incidents into clear resolutions through strong analysis and customer-centric problem-solving.

At Infosys, I analyzed the root cause of defects, submitted Root Cause Analysis documents, and resolved issues end-to-end. I worked extensively with middleware technologies such as IBM ACE, WebSphere Message Broker, IBM Integration Bus, Postman, IBM Integration Toolkit, and WebSphere MQ—developing and deploying message flows using IBM Integration Toolkit and enhancing IIB development APIs with features and fixes.

I also supported performance and tuning by analyzing thread dumps, heap memory, and system logs, then implementing changes in IIB flows. I prepare unit test case (UTC) documentation and write Groovy scripts for Dev Testing Automation, and I’m now seeking a dynamic team where I can drive impactful support experiences and continuous service improvement.
