What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote (or flexible) role in customer support, help desk, or IT/technical support—where I can solve issues quickly, communicate clearly, and grow as I continue my cybersecurity education.

I’m a customer-focused administrative professional with 4+ years of experience across customer service, reception, healthcare, and office administration. I resolve concerns through phone, email, and in-person support, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

I’ve processed payments and invoices, maintained accurate customer records, and handled high-volume communications with strong documentation and attention to detail. From patient care to plumbing customer service, I’ve built consistency in communication, multitasking, and compliance in fast-paced settings.

Right now, I’m pursuing an Associate Degree in Cybersecurity and I’m especially interested in technical support, IT support, and help desk work. I’m a quick learner who adapts easily to new software and technology, and I’m open to remote, hybrid, on-site, and relocation opportunities.
