Ashley Dever

I am an Information Systems Management associate with hands-on experience in fast-paced customer service environments. I combine technical familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order-management tools with strong interpersonal skills gained from multiple hospitality roles.

Across roles at Luigi’s Pizzeria, Olive Garden, and Blair Mountain Biscuit Shack, I managed in-person and phone orders, handled cash and card transactions, and packaged and verified orders for accuracy. I was promoted from Host to To-Go Specialist at Olive Garden, reflecting reliability and competence with POS and reservation/iPad systems.

Academically, I graduated high school with honors, earned membership in the French Honor Society, and made the Dean's List while pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems Management. I emphasize accuracy, professional telephone etiquette, and multitasking under pressure.

I am motivated to apply my customer-facing experience and information-systems education to roles that value operational accuracy, technical aptitude with POS and order systems, and dependable teamwork.
