Sejada Davis

I’m a customer service and data entry professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments where accuracy and clear communication matter. In my roles, I helped customers with orders, resolved issues quickly, and maintained friendly, efficient service.

I also handled multiple responsibilities at once—food preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and serving customers during busy shifts. At Sonic Drive-In, I delivered food and beverages, took orders, handled payments, and supported high-volume service (including serving 30+ customers per service shift).

Beyond customer-facing work, I bring strong organization and office skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, for data entry and structured workflows. I’m currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Alabama State University and continue to bring a student mindset shaped by leadership, honor recognition, and community service.
