Ashley Aguirre

I am a bilingual retention specialist and customer-support professional with more than 2.5 years of experience in customer support and retention processes, bilingual remote operations, onboarding, cross-sale and referrals program. I hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering and have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance of medical equipment.

In my current role I provide bilingual customer support via phone, email and texts, lead cross-selling strategies that increased the number of active policies per client, manage onboarding for new employees, and organize files and contracts. I am Microsoft Office certified (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and comfortable handling daily administrative tasks and agendas.
