At Launch by NTT DATA and Umvel, I managed support requests in Freshdesk, Jira, Help Scout, and Intercom, investigated technical concerns, tracked ticket progress, and communicated clear updates to customers and stakeholders. I've also coordinated appointments across time zones and supported immigration consultation processes.

I'm bilingual in native Spanish and advanced English, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages. My background also includes fraud prevention, customer service, academic coordination, and high-volume contact-center support.
