Versatile IT professional with over 8 years of experience supporting systems, analyzing data, and building digital solutions across technical and creative environments. My background spans technical support, database management, AI content evaluation, and digital media systems—allowing me to approach problems from both analytical and user-focused perspectives.

In my recent role as a U.S. Rater, I evaluated search engine results and digital content to improve AI model performance, consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks in a fast-paced remote environment. Previously, as a Digital Media Specialist, I supported daily IT operations, analyzed engagement data to inform strategy, and developed interactive digital experiences, including 3D virtual exhibitions.

I bring hands-on experience with C#, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, and web technologies, along with a strong foundation in troubleshooting, data reporting, and cross-functional communication.
