What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine IT support and system administration with multimedia/broadcast work—improving workflows, ensuring reliable uptime, and mentoring others. I also want to apply AI/data evaluation skills to real-world learning and production needs.

I’m a Dedicated Information Technology & Multimedia Practitioner with over a decade of experience across IT and multimedia education. I’ve managed and migrated complex IT and broadcast systems, improved communications studios, and supported student development and transformation through hands-on, innovative learning.

Beyond education and studio operations, I’ve contributed to data-focused work by maintaining and resolving claims data across internal systems with accuracy, completeness, and compliance. I also work as an AI Generalist and Data Annotator—evaluating and ranking AI outputs, building and refining prompts, and fact-checking AI-generated text with detailed, constructive feedback.

In my most impactful role, I led the Communication, Multimedia, and Journalism Studio and Mac Lab, implementing studio IT solutions that streamlined production workflows and optimized operational efficiency. I upgraded and improved live broadcast system efficiencies, mentored and trained students, and strengthened support operations with incident handling, user account administration, and service management practices.
