I’m an ambitious, motivated candidate seeking an entry level Helpdesk position, and I bring years of hands-on customer support experience with a strong troubleshooting mindset. I’ve handled inbound phone support, managed service inquiries and disputes, verified order accuracy, and resolved issues while keeping customers informed and satisfied.
