What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT, systems support, cloud, or learnership opportunity where I can contribute customer-focused troubleshooting and grow through structured technical experience toward Cloud Security.

I'm building a technology career through hands-on AWS labs, Terraform infrastructure projects, Python practice, and realistic IT service desk simulations.

I've created AWS VPC and S3 resources, configured routing and public/private security groups, and used Terraform to initialize, plan, test, and destroy infrastructure. I’m also developing a GitHub portfolio that documents project steps, lessons learned, and outcomes.

Through service desk scenarios, I’ve investigated printer outages, restored VPN connectivity, supported new-hire and offboarding workflows, recovered deleted files remotely, and practised Windows, Wi-Fi, driver, and device troubleshooting.

I bring customer service, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills from Tourism Management, and I’m looking to grow from IT or cloud support into Cloud Security.
