What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers through phone-based service and sales, while improving quality through feedback and reporting. I want a team that values compliance, clear communication, and continuous growth.

I’m a customer service professional with experience across outbound and inbound calls, customer care, and sales support in Australia and Fiji. I’ve handled upgrades and plan inquiries, organized SIM replacements, and helped troubleshoot mobile network issues while keeping the customer experience consistent.

I also bring quality and compliance strength from my Quality Assurance Agent role—monitoring calls, using scorecards, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and privacy guidelines.
