I’m a motivated and hardworking customer service professional with experience in call centre operations, customer communication, sales assistance, and quality control. I’m known for clear communication, teamwork, and handling issues calmly while working under pressure.

In my most recent role as a Call Centre Agent / Collections Officer, I communicated professionally with customers by phone, followed up on accounts and payment collections, and maintained accurate customer records. I also handled customer concerns using problem-solving skills and participated in workplace leadership training and team activities.

Before that, I supported customers in retail as a Sales Assistant, helping with product selection and sales support while maintaining store presentation and product displays. I also worked as a Bulk & Stores Assistant and a Quality Checker, where I supported inventory and packaging preparation and ensured products met quality standards before shipment.

Alongside my work experience, I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Nursing (Year 3). I bring an organized, detail-focused approach to every task, and I’m looking for remote customer support, virtual assistant, administrative, or online work opportunities where I can contribute reliably and grow.
