I've supported taxpayers at the California Franchise Tax Board since 2018, providing Personal Income Tax and Business Entities Tax assistance through phone, correspondence, and live chat.

I review tax returns, W-2 wage and tax statements, notices, withholding issues, refunds, returned warrants, and account matters. I also assist tax professionals and CPAs with balances due and tax-law questions while helping customers navigate difficult or urgent situations professionally.

I've mentored and trained new hires, provided on-the-job training support, assisted high-volume TSCS phone lines, and partnered with supervisors, leads, and the State Controller's Office on warrant status and refund reissues.

Before public service, I built customer service and sales experience at Tandy Leather Factory, including acting as assistant manager, processing orders and payments, teaching product classes, and supporting customers in-store, online, and by phone.
