What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, operations, quality or compliance role where I can resolve complex cases, improve processes, work across global teams and support customers or clients with clear communication.

At Amazon, I resolved high-volume customer and seller cases for international marketplaces, including Germany and the EU, while meeting agreed SLAs. I investigated escalations with policy, legal and operations teams and specialized in dangerous goods documentation and battery product checks.

Before Amazon, I managed client projects, quality checks and recurring-issue fixes at Webnotics Solutions. I use root cause analysis, CAPA, SOPs and clear documentation to keep work moving and reduce repeat errors.
