What I'm looking for

I'm moving toward business analysis, building on my QA work reviewing requirements and translating business needs into test scenarios, as well as my background in business operations.

At Cogitize, I review requirements before development, identify gaps and edge cases, and translate business needs into test scenarios and acceptance criteria across web, mobile, ERP, e-commerce, and fintech products. I also maintain test documentation in ClickUp and verify functionality against business intent.

Before moving into QA, I founded and ran three e-commerce and service ventures, including an automotive service center where I digitized workflows and integrated ERP and inventory tracking tools. I built operational processes, developed financial models, and managed P&L and pricing across the ventures.

At LrParts, I analyzed market and sales data to inform pricing and assortment decisions, and documented procurement, fulfillment, and cross-border logistics processes. My background in business operations informs my move toward business analysis.
