What I'm looking for

I'm seeking fully remote roles in Europe where I can use sales, CRM, and customer operations experience while growing into data-driven work with SQL, Excel, and Python.

At Skyeng, I sell online English and IT courses through Bitrix24, manage high-volume customer pipelines, and track sales and operational KPIs.

Previously at Tetrika Online School, I managed leads from qualification through enrollment, matched prospective students with suitable programs, and maintained accurate CRM records and sales reports.

My earlier work spans operations, content, video production, and audience engagement for Saarex.Moscow, freelance media projects, and Greenpeace Russia. I’m comfortable coordinating with partners, organizing information, and delivering independently against deadlines.

I’m building practical data analytics skills in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Python, Pandas, data cleaning, exploratory analysis, statistics, and visualization. I’m interested in applying my customer operations background in increasingly data-driven roles.
