What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level customer support role at a collaborative company where I can apply strong communication skills, grow professionally, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

I am an active listener and lifelong learner with strong written and verbal communication skills, eager to contribute as an entry-level customer support professional. I bring hands-on customer service experience from a family-owned food business (2018–2025), where I resolved inquiries, managed orders end-to-end, and helped maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

My background includes leadership roles in university organizations—Chief Division of Public Relation and Chief Laboratory Assistant—where I coordinated teams, organized events, tutored students, and improved processes through collaboration and evaluation. I hold a Bachelor's in Animal Husbandry (Universitas Padjadjaran) with a 3.52 GPA and possess practical skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and language-support tools that support clear, accurate customer communication.
