I’m looking for a role where I can own sales execution and pipeline visibility—design systems, automate workflows, and lead cross-functional alignment—so revenue outcomes stay consistent while teams grow through clear scorecards and operational excellence.

I’m a Sales Manager and sales operations leader who builds sales infrastructure and drives B2G sales execution by turning strategy into consistent outcomes. In my current role, I lead sales operations across two GovTech business units, own pipeline oversight ($100K+), and ensure progression from intake to board-level decision readiness through systems, process design, and reporting—anchored by Salesforce and SOPs.

Previously, I evolved through executive support into Chief of Staff–type operations, serving as COO/Executive Assistant to the CEO and Operations Manager/Executive Assistant. I’m known for cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, product, and client success—supporting deal strategy (pricing, positioning, board readiness), leading process automation, and strengthening execution discipline through outbound strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence.
