What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people strategy for a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or AI business, partnering with founders and leadership on organizational scale, talent pipelines, employee experience, leadership development, and data-informed HR operations.

At VoicePlug Inc, I scaled the organization from 7 to 150+ employees, building remote people strategy, structured hiring frameworks, performance management, compensation, and people analytics for AI, engineering, product, data science, sales, and customer success teams.

I've partnered closely with founders and senior leadership on organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership capability, employee relations, and change management. My work has strengthened hiring quality, employee experience, employer brand, and HR service delivery through technology and automation.

Previously, I led HR and administration for 200+ employees at Astrikos AI, managed HR and operations at Varun Adventures, taught postgraduate management students at Bangalore University College, and delivered learning and development programs at Sansan Inc in Tokyo.
