What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable, data-driven HR functions where I can strengthen global recruitment, employee experience, payroll, compliance, talent development, and inclusive retention initiatives.

I've built end-to-end HR functions at VoicePlug Inc, leading a seven-member HR and Accounts team across locations while managing recruitment and payroll across India, the Philippines, and Latin America. I’ve developed talent pipelines, performance systems, training programs, employer branding, and a digital learning library for employees and contractors.

At Astrikos AI, I led HR and operations as the company grew to more than 80 employees, supporting smart city projects through talent acquisition, retention programs, RAG attrition analysis, ISO readiness, and compliance training. I’ve also overseen HR and business operations for Clip N Climb, managing teams, vendor relationships, training, customer experience, and brand-awareness efforts.

I bring experience in employee relations, HR analytics, multi-country payroll, legal and ISO compliance, inclusive hiring, and data-driven workforce decisions. I also enjoy mentoring, technical blogging, and public speaking.
