I’ve built and run HR functions and service delivery across multiple regions—India, APAC, Europe, and the Americas—shaping HR interventions that support profitability and growth. I’m especially focused on aligning employee needs with business mandates.
As Vice President Human Resources at Zensoft (3 group companies), I reported to the CEO and rebuilt HR processes from scratch, including talent acquisition, performance management, digitalization, leadership development, and organizational restructuring. I advised the CEO on HR strategy and led change management to revamp the HR team, upgrade policies, and improve retention through engagement, training, and career growth.
At 2020 Inc, I owned APAC HR and business partnering for a global unit, working with site leaders to roll out employee relations strategies and maintain compliance across labor, employment, and language legislation. I led succession planning, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and performance management—while supporting initiatives for engagement, diversity, and retention.
Earlier, as Business HR Manager for Motorola Mobility (Google), I managed site HR and led merger and acquisition transitions across multiple cycles, including separation and culture shifts, while maintaining morale. I also handled employee benefits programs, audit compliance, staffing support, attrition management, and cost reduction through performance management and internal referral improvements.
