What I'm looking for
I’m an executive HR leader who’s founded two people functions from absolute zero and scaled them into board-ready, investor-grade organisations. At a global SaaS startup, I scaled headcount from 40 to 750+ across 8 countries, and at a high-growth omnichannel company, from 150 to 2,200+ across 5 verticals—both directly supporting major fundraises.
In my current role as VP – Human Resources / Head of People, I established the people function as a strategic business unit across multiple verticals, standing up HR infrastructure (policies, ATS, HRMS, payroll, compliance, PMS, and culture architecture) within 6 months. I now lead an 18-person HR function across COE, HRBP, and HR Operations, with 4 direct reports.
I focus on talent acquisition transformation, performance-led culture, and HR technology that makes people decisions measurable. I’ve delivered real operational impact—reducing attrition (42% to 14%), improving HR operational accuracy by 60% after full-stack HRMS deployment, and building dashboards for attrition, hiring health, productivity, and manpower cost.
I also bring multi-jurisdiction compliance and governance depth: I’ve maintained 100% statutory compliance, elevated POSH and Internal Audit to board-ready standards, and presented people strategy, risk profiles, and talent narratives directly to founders, investors, and board stakeholders. I’m seeking a CHRO or Head of People mandate where the function needs to be built, not maintained.
