I am an Engineer-turned-HR leader with a strategic vision and a strong focus on people management. With over 11 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 8 years in HR leadership roles, I have successfully developed processes and HR strategies that drive both business and people success. Currently, I lead the India HR division of KnowBe4, Inc., where I have grown our team from 17 to 70 in less than two years.

My previous role as Head of Human Resources at FullContact, Inc. saw me orchestrating the post-acquisition integration of the India HR team, achieving a remarkable growth from 52 to 162 team members. I take pride in having established a Great Place to Work® certified organization within just 2.5 years. My expertise lies in optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and implementing innovative employee benefits that significantly boost satisfaction and engagement.
