I am a senior HR leader with 17+ years of progressive experience across Strategic HR, HR Business Partnering, Organisation Design, Workforce Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations and HR Transformation.

Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with CEOs, MDs, founders and senior business leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies. My experience spans multi-location Indian organisations and global India-US technology environments, covering Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Technology and Global Delivery functions.

At rSTAR Technologies, I served as a strategic HR partner across India-US operations and built and led the Talent Acquisition function, including large-scale hiring for niche and leadership technology roles. I also worked extensively on workforce planning, organisation design, performance, succession, high-potential talent, employee relations and HR transformation.

At Computer Junction, as Head HR & Administration, I led HR strategy and operations, workforce and organisation structures, performance frameworks, talent acquisition governance, employee relations, workforce analytics, process automation and organisational change. Earlier, at Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, I built and institutionalised HR and administration across a 1,200+ employee, 9-office pan-India organisation. My career began with ITC, giving me a strong foundation in HR governance, workforce management and compliance.

I am particularly interested in senior HR leadership opportunities where I can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and contribute to organisational growth, workforce effectiveness, leadership development, culture and transformation. I am also interested in technology-enabled HR, analytics, automation and the responsible use of AI to improve employee and business outcomes.

I hold a PG Certificate in Advanced HRM & Strategic Analytics from IIM Ranchi and recent certifications in Generative AI for HR. I am based in New Delhi/NCR, open to relocation and international opportunities, and available to join immediately.
