Throughout my career, I have successfully managed business generation and development, operational planning, and execution, ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery. My excellent people skills and business acumen have allowed me to build strong relationships at all levels of management, making me an effective communicator and leader.

Currently, I serve as the Group Business Head for Homecare at Shalby Hospitals, where I have tripled revenue within a year and established operational efficiencies that have significantly improved our P&L. My innovative approach led to the initiation of the first E-Com platform for home healthcare in India, showcasing my commitment to advancing healthcare services.
