Ariteru Hara
@ariteruhara
Localization & content operations leader building multilingual production and QA systems that scale globally.
What I'm looking for
I lead localization and content operations across Japanese, Korean, and English—turning complex media, learning, and language-data pipelines into dependable delivery. As founder and CEO of BIZI AI, Inc., I manage linguistic QA, subtitles, dubbing, narration, and production workflows for media companies, technology businesses, educational platforms, and international organizations.
I’ve managed localization delivery for approximately 300 episodes of NHK WORLD-JAPAN programming, coordinating multilingual subtitles and dubbing across 15 languages. I build quality into every handoff—terminology, pronunciation, file control, production schedules, and final delivery—so outputs feel credible, natural, and audience-appropriate.
At Innovative Language Learning in Tokyo, I spent seven years across Project Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Head of Content and Production roles. I led content production across 34 language-learning websites (including JapanesePod101 and KoreanClass101) and coordinated global teams producing audio, video, editorial, and localized content.
My teams move fast and stay aligned through standardized workflow checkpoints and cross-functional communication. I also design secure, human-reviewed AI-assisted localization workflows and language-data evaluation processes—so technology accelerates production without sacrificing linguistic quality.
