I’m looking for a sales role where I can partner with C-level decision-makers, drive new accounts, and exceed quota—using my PEO/HR, benefits, and compliance expertise in a collaborative team or independently.

I’m an accomplished sales professional and PEO Sales Consultant who builds trusted relationships with C-level leaders and turns complex HR and compliance needs into measurable revenue. I’ve consistently exceeded annual quota—most recently achieving 102% of plan (FY’22) and 107% of plan (FY’23) against $300k targets.

At Oasis, a Paychex company, I work directly with C-Level executives at mid to large companies to offer more efficient management of Human Resources, Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Compliance. I’m skilled at creating momentum through multi-touch campaigns and prospecting, gaining access to decision-makers and moving opportunities forward.

Before that, I expanded pipeline and delivered results as a Sr. Business Development Consultant, earning 48 net new accounts in FY’18 and exceeding a $3M annual quota at 105% of plan. Earlier in my career, I grew territory and account bases as a Sales Representative and Business Development Manager—expanding TX/OK/LA with 32 net new accounts and driving 30% growth year-over-year.
