I’m looking for a detail-focused customer service role where I can own quality control, product reporting, inventory management, and fast shipment corrections—while training teammates and improving day-to-day operations.

I’m a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist focused on solving problems fast, improving quality, and keeping operations accurate. I bring hands-on experience in product reporting, inventory management, and shipment corrections across retail and shipping environments.
