I’m a Customer Success and Technical Support professional with 7+ years of experience across SaaS, client onboarding, account management, technical support, sales, and customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve worked directly with customers across calls, email, chat, and social media, helping resolve complex issues, onboard clients, manage accounts, and improve the overall customer experience.

I’ve consistently been recognized for strong performance, including earning the Excalibur Award at ibex. I maintained 90%+ customer satisfaction while handling high-volume support, with handling times as low as 8–9 minutes. At Motive, I created a comprehensive SOP and knowledge resource that was adopted across multiple support teams, while also training new hires and managing teams during graveyard shifts.

I’ve also run my own online business, growing sales from 50K to 500K in five months while managing marketing, sales, logistics, customer support, and operations.

I’m adaptable, curious, and enjoy solving problems and figuring out better ways to do things. Outside work, I’m a huge gaming fan, love playing table tennis, enjoy travelling, and value spending time with friends and family.
