I’m looking to lead end-to-end product and CRM/ERP delivery—turning requirements into scalable solutions, using KPI-driven reporting, partnering across stakeholders, and driving measurable growth in customer lifecycle and revenue.

I’m a Project Manager and Product Delivery Lead with 9+ years of experience across CRM and ERP implementations, digital product delivery, sales and marketing operations, and customer lifecycle management. I’m comfortable gathering requirements, defining functional and product solutions, managing backlogs, and owning testing, reporting, implementation, and product lifecycle delivery.

I’ve led 17-member cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions for 135+ clients, while using KPI analysis to identify €5 million in new business opportunities. I bring strong stakeholder management, process improvement, risk & issue management, and budget discipline to keep delivery aligned with business outcomes.

As a Project Manager at Turtle Wax, I developed and execute a five-year strategic plan across India and the ASEAN region, covering market expansion, channel development, and business growth priorities. I coordinated Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Digital media marketing to manage dependencies, strengthen e-commerce growth, and expand the franchised detailing business to 390+ stores.

Previously, as a Project Manager at Eir, I led delivery of the cloud television service eir TV using Agile methods, including migrating legacy eir Vision TV to a new service with Apple TV 4K and Zero Sign-On. I also acted as Product Lead for Amazon Prime Video and drove product rollouts across iOS, Android, tvOS, and web, then supported portfolio decisions through application rationalisation and service improvement.
