I deliver client-facing projects end-to-end in a global remote SaaS environment—planning timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating customer needs into product requirements. I turn discovery into user stories and use cases, and I bring the client voice into sprint planning while helping shape PRDs.

In my current role, I own client engagements end-to-end to drive projects to on-time completion within fixed scope and budget. I run post-release UAT, surface issues to Product and Engineering before they reach customers, and lead governance, deliverable tracking, and escalation resolution for a major enterprise account. I’ve also presented RICE-scored feature-prioritization recommendations directly to CPO/CTO leadership.

I build Power BI/JIRA dashboards to track delivery health, adoption, and churn signals, and I coordinate cross-team resolution during outages through clear incident communication. Earlier, I coordinated deliverables and milestones and acted as a liaison between client, product, and delivery teams; I also worked on an AI-driven client data model to flag churn risk and bottlenecks.
