Arabella Lovela
@arabellalovela
I’m a card services specialist focused on fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Card Services Representative at Texas Bay Credit Union, where I support customers through card fraud prevention and dispute resolution. I bring clear, formal communication and steady, detail-focused work to every account and every phone interaction.
Previously, I served as a Card Fraud/Dispute Specialist (2023-2024), strengthening my ability to investigate issues and handle disputes with accuracy. I also manage creating and working internal reports, along with administrative assistance and employee assistance as needed.
Earlier roles strengthened my customer-service foundation, including Computer use and phone communication, cash-handling basics as a Macy’s Sales Associate, and classroom-style support as a Supplemental Instruction Leader. I’m comfortable leading and scheduling student meetings, tutoring, monitoring attendance, and creating learning materials while maintaining strong classroom management.
I graduated with honors in Art History from the University of Houston and continue to build my strengths in bookkeeping, data collection and entry, and accounting and general ledgers. I’m motivated by roles that value careful documentation, customer support, and reliable follow-through.
