What I'm looking for

I am seeking a customer-facing role where I can apply my dispatch and retail experience, contribute to operational efficiency, and grow long term within an organized team.

I am a communication and customer service officer with years of hands-on experience in delivery coordination and retail sales. I have navigated logistics, managed phone communications, and supported customers with product advice and transactions.

From 2011 to 2019 I worked as a delivery dispatcher at Sure Delivery Services, where I routed drivers and handled all outbound and inbound phone communications to keep operations running smoothly.

I also served as a sales associate at Mark’s Work Warehouse, preparing sales, rental, and leasing contracts, processing cash and card payments, and greeting and advising customers on products and care.
