Led AI-agent-based support ticket responses, an end-to-end revamp of agentic docs workflows, launch of Razorpay CLI, and a test-payments onboarding flow for pre-KYC users.

Owned and scaled a 0→1 visual testing product to $1M+ ARR, supporting 3,000+ users and a 3-product visual testing suite generating $10M+ revenue. Led launches such as Visual Scanner and automated visual testing for UI regression detection (including LLM-based regression detection), and shipped self-serve onboarding and a developer-focused Percy UI revamp.

Owned merchant acquisition for online payment gateway products, including subscription and billing workflows for offline device rentals. Improved lead-to-onboarding conversion by redesigning the merchant onboarding funnel and launched partner PLG initiatives, including a partner referral workflow (2k+ merchants in the first month) and a partner dashboard with real-time onboarding funnel tracking.

Headed the core development team of 6 for Hindustan Times’ Shine.com B2B portal generating INR 70 crore+ revenue annually. Led agile delivery across long-term projects, built a client limits management system to eliminate client issues, and developed ML-based fraud auto-rejection that supported a 2x increase in paid leads via source tracking.
