What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can manage relationships, support revenue through retention and upselling, and use my technical understanding to solve problems quickly—ideally with teams that value cross-functional communication and growth.

I’m a Computer Science graduate focused on client-facing, revenue-driven support work where I can connect technical understanding with strong relationship management. I bring experience coordinating across business, sales, operations, and IT environments to keep service delivery smooth and customers satisfied.

At AKS Power & Engineering, I support business proposal and commercial quotation preparation for B2B and individual clients. As the primary point of contact for 100+ clients nationwide, I manage communications, strengthen relationships with international suppliers, and coordinate internally with sales and operations to fulfill client requirements accurately.

I’ve contributed to monthly service revenue targets through client retention, renewals, and follow-ups. I also identify upselling opportunities by promoting value-added service packages, while monitoring competitor offerings and market trends to support pricing and maintain competitive positioning.

Before that, I completed a 6-month internship at Techbee Solutions Limited (EDISON Group), delivering first-line hardware, software, and network technical assistance. I also supported IT tasks like basic API troubleshooting and testing, and I used strong product knowledge to improve customer experience; earlier, I worked as a part-time content writer and continued freelance research and long-form analytical content for UK-based companies.
