What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer support and telesales campaigns using CRM and communication skills, improve conversion with QC, and work in a team that values organized execution and steady performance under pressure.

I’m a customer support and call-center leader who’s combined outbound telesales execution with customer care, administrative oversight, and continuous improvement. I focus on convincing customers, handling campaign workflows end-to-end, and supporting quality through collaboration with QC.

Over the years, I’ve led night-shift teams and managed multiple daily campaigns such as MCA(USA), Solar CA, Invoice Factoring, Digital Marketing service, real estate outbound, and Microsoft Cloud Initiative. I work confidently with Vicidial CRM and process confirmations by filling required forms, sharing sales info to QC via Skype, and participating in sales meetings to improve conversion rates.

Before my call-center leadership roles, I worked as an admin cum support engineer, delivering help desk support for ISP clients and providing technical support with MPLS and related issues. Earlier experience also strengthened my operational discipline through office administration, IT responsibility, logistic support, recruitment log maintenance, and data entry/report compilation for projects and payment/invoice tracking.
