I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can lead requirement gathering, write user stories, and drive process automation in Agile teams—partnering closely with stakeholders and using my Salesforce expertise to improve business growth and delivery.

I’m a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience delivering successful IT projects through strong requirement gathering, scope analysis, documentation, and SDLC support. I’m known for stakeholder engagement, identifying business process improvements, and analyzing customer needs—translating requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.

In my recent role, I acted as the bridge across Sales, GPA, IT development, and UI/UX to automate provisioning based on Salesforce opportunity lifecycle triggers. I led workflow reviews, gap analysis, wireframes and interface mockups, and coordinated UAT with test scenarios and defect tracking—successfully transitioning the team from a fully manual process to a rule-based automated workflow. I also bring hands-on Salesforce admin/development experience, supported by 15+ Trailhead badges, plus tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, BizAgi Modeler, Star UML, Balsamiq, and EdrawMax to keep delivery and documentation structured.
