What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Analyst role in Agile product teams where I can own BRD/FRD/SRS, run UAT, and partner with stakeholders to ship ERP/CRM and analytics-driven improvements with strong documentation and continuous process upgrades.

I’m a results-driven Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in IT services and ERP/CRM product development. I translate complex business needs into BRD/FRD/SRS documentation, user stories, and UAT test cases, helping Agile teams deliver quality products on schedule.

In my recent ERP & CRM work, I designed 20+ wireframes and led end-to-end functional documentation for 6 ERP modules, enabling on-time sprint deliveries and reducing developer back-and-forth by ~25%. I also coordinated UAT for 3 major module releases with 100% test case sign-off before go-live, and I’m known for strong documentation practices—BRD/FRD templates were adopted as team standards.
