I’m a Business Analyst with 8+ years owning the full requirements lifecycle—from elicitation and BRD/FRS authoring through UAT sign-off—across healthcare IT, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and AI-driven products. I consistently translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured documentation that engineering, QA, and design teams can act on immediately.

I’ve worked directly with C-suite and operational stakeholders in Agile and Waterfall environments, delivering requirements that reduce ambiguity and rework. Recently, I earned Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, strengthening my product backlog ownership and sprint delivery capabilities.

Across 5+ concurrent client projects, I authored BRDs and FRS documents, wrote 30+ user stories per project, and defined Given-When-Then acceptance criteria to ensure end-to-end traceability. I run as-is/to-be process analysis, conduct gap analysis and root-cause investigation where needed, and assess feasibility and impact to shape solution decisions.

I also lead collaboration that keeps delivery moving—partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and QA in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while coordinating UAT scenarios and defect triage. I’ve led and mentored teams of 3–4 business analysts and junior BDEs, and I genuinely enjoy building strong standards for requirements documentation.
