What I'm looking for
I’m an enthusiastic entry-level Customer Service Representative with a strong desire to learn and grow in the customer support field. I’m skilled at managing customer inquiries and providing timely solutions through clear, positive communication.
In my current Customer Service Intern role at Vsavvy Academy (Lagos), I assist customers via email, phone, and live chat. I handle inquiries and troubleshoot basic product/service issues while ensuring customers receive prompt, friendly responses.
I also document and update customer records in CRM software to keep information accurate for future reference. I take pride in empathy, active listening, and staying organized with data entry and record management.
I’m eager to leverage my problem-solving abilities and positive communication skills to contribute to a customer-focused team. I’m currently building my expertise through ongoing education and Customer Service Fundamentals training.
