What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote IT support role with growth potential towards cybersecurity.

I am an IT professional with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, specializing in cybersecurity. My academic training has equipped me with a solid foundation in system troubleshooting, end-user support, and remote technical assistance. I am certified in CompTIA Tech+ and have developed strong skills in both Windows and macOS environments, as well as remote collaboration tools.

Currently, I volunteer at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, where I deliver structured support sessions and assist in organizing logistics for workshops. My role involves real-time troubleshooting of tech issues and maintaining digital records, ensuring effective communication and resource access for all participants. I pride myself on my ability to solve complex technical issues with clarity and efficiency while providing excellent customer service.

As I actively seek a remote IT support role, I am eager to leverage my skills and grow towards becoming a cybersecurity engineer. I am committed to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies, and I look forward to contributing to a dynamic team.
