At Rede Diagnóstico Group, I coordinate administrative and customer-facing workflows across medical practices while checking documentation accuracy and ensuring timely follow-up.

I develop internal tools and workflow automations with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, Docker, n8n, and AI services to reduce repetitive work and improve information flow. I also support healthcare integrations using HL7/MLLP, Faster-Whisper, and Azure Speech Services, troubleshooting operational and system issues with relevant stakeholders.

As Founder and Operations/Product Lead at Casa Cheia, I designed the end-to-end journey for an AI-enabled restaurant reservation platform, from bookings and cancellations to reminders and availability management. I built and tested workflows using Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Twilio, and OpenAI, iterating for reliability and ease of use.

My background in customer operations, real estate sales, and commercial pilot training has shaped a structured, detail-oriented approach to communication, process improvement, and problem solving.
