I’m looking to lead AI operations in hospitality and service businesses—owning end-to-end automation (integrations, SOPs, adoption) that runs 24/7, improves KPIs, and gives teams real-time operational clarity.

I’m an AI Operations Lead focused on building agentic AI automations that hospitality teams actually use in production 24/7. I identify operational inefficiencies by observing workflows and interviewing stakeholders, then translate them into scoped automation projects with measurable outcomes—without replacing the tools teams already rely on.

My edge is understanding hospitality from the frontline (delivering guest experiences and handling real-time operational issues) and from the systems layer (building the AI infrastructure for the same company). I embed automations end-to-end—integrating n8n, Claude API, Supabase, Next.js, and WhatsApp/Evolution API—while documenting every workflow with SOPs, runbooks, and training so non-technical operators can monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate independently after handoff.
