What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operational and process-improvement work where I can optimise logistics, procurement, automation, and cross-functional delivery while building scalable, efficient systems.

At Recursion, I lead workflow optimisation across compound logistics operations, increasing delivery capacity threefold and reducing turnaround times sixfold through process redesign and resource utilisation.

I've coordinated end-to-end procurement through Coupa, MyAmici, and Oracle NetSuite; managed material tracking and international regulated shipments; and supported the transition to 24/7 automated operations. I also coordinate AI-assisted internal web tools from requirements and testing through deployment, working across internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Earlier at Syngenta, I supported automation-enabled laboratory operations, inventory management, equipment preparation, and cross-functional projects. I bring hands-on experience developing SOPs, improving documentation, mentoring teams, and keeping complex logistics workflows on schedule.
