What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve customer operations, CRM workflows and support systems while building practical AI tools that reduce repetitive work and make service more reliable.

I co-founded The 54 in Lisbon, where I run customer operations for a 40-customer portfolio and around 30 monthly subscription clients. I built the CRM, quotation, order-tracking and reporting systems behind the business, helping repeat customers account for 53% of revenue.

I'm also building LLM applications through Ironhack's AI Engineering programme, including MindDish.ai, a deployed retrieval assistant with cited video answers, and Udia, an ordering assistant shaped by real CRM interaction history.
