What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive operational excellence, compliance, and service quality—using appraisal/valuation expertise and process improvements to reduce TATs, manage risk, and build high-performing teams and vendors.

I’m a highly motivated, creative, and responsible executive with extensive real estate, construction, and appraisal experience across methodology, management, and review. I lead with a focus on operational quality, service delivery, compliance, and developmental performance.

In appraisal management, I’ve reviewed and managed over 200,000 residential appraisal products and successfully managed 500+ member appraiser panels. I’ve led 10 appraisal teams (125+ appraisers & staff) and delivered 10,000–15,000 annual QC reviews with no claims against firm E&O in 13+ years.

I’m known for operational improvements: implementing policies and procedures to drop TATs, creating efficiencies and cost savings in staffing and vendor fees, and migrating to more robust appraisal management platforms. I also instituted low purchase appraisal review processes, supported reconsideration of value, and collaborated with underwriting to resolve complex valuation conditions.

Most recently, I’m General Manager / Principal of a full-service residential general contracting firm focused on repair, remodel, renovation, and preparation for sale—handling business development, bidding, procurement, permits/scheduling, site operations, and quality control. Across roles, I build strong teams and vendor relationships, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements that strengthen service outcomes.
