I am a Registered Practicing Appraiser with extensive experience in commercial, business personal property, and industrial equipment valuation. I hold a Bachelor degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in English from Texas Tech University (Dec 2014) and have progressive appraisal leadership experience.

In leadership roles I have prepared district budgets, managed staff hiring and training, produced comprehensive reappraisal plans, and directed quality control for commercial and business personal property appraisals. I have supervised appraisal assignments, drafted appraisal manuals, and conducted ratio studies to support valuation adjustments.

My hands-on appraisal background includes industrial and oil & gas equipment appraisal, site inspections, defending appraisals before Appraisal Review Boards, and testifying in court as needed. I maintain client relationships, resolve disputes, and represent appraisal functions in audits and compliance with comptroller programs.

I am results-driven, comfortable making decisions under pressure, and experienced in implementing legislative and regulatory changes. I seek roles where I can apply my appraisal certifications, leadership in reappraisal planning, and technical valuation skills to deliver accurate, defensible property values.
